Introduction to athletics
Togher AC caters for new athletes who would like to take up running as a means to getting fit and improving their well-being. Whether you have a specific goal, such as running a 5k or a marathon,or simply want to get fit, our coaches will give guidance and advice to make sure you benefit from your training as much as possible.
Improve your athletic performance
Coach Mr Hayes has been training athletes for decades, and has lead individuals and teams to local and national success. By joining Togher AC, you will not only have a top coach to monitor you, but top runners to train with and bring you along.
Run with a team
Be it cross-country, road or the track, Togher AC has the team at its foundation. Running for a team introduces a new dynamic to this largely individual sport. What better way to push yourself all the way to the finish line than for your team and a team medal!

- Tuesday: 7.15pm, Mardkye track
- Thursday: 7.00pm, Togher Clubhouse
- Saturday: 11.00am, The Lough
